My ssh connection failed since last week. Is there any identified problem at DigitalOcean?

Datacenter : Europe (England)
Server caracteristics: CentOS Linux 7 (Core) , Kernel 3.10.0-862.2.3.el7.x86_64

No there isn’t:

Have you checked your Droplet via the console, which is accessible from the control panel? Restarted it via the control panel? Checked what’s in it’s logs? These things may help you determine if it’s just a restart or something else is required at this point.

    It’s ok for now with Droplet console. I reset my password and I checked my Droplet with console and it’s work. But, with my Mac Terminal I don’t succeed with ssh connection: operation timed out error code.

I’m fed up I will stop the subscription. I payed for nothing this week!
