Our droplet was working fine a month ago and then our site went down. We logged in just yesterday to see what was going on. I saw the CPU was at 100% so I first upgraded to a larger package.
We discovered we were unable to ssh and checked to our surprise there is no volume attached.
In our history logs there is no history of volume deletion. I am not sure what’s going on - is our volume or partition missing from our server?Pplease let us know what happened to our storage and data as soon as possible!

Hi there @rawrmarketing,
Sounds like you aren’t in the best of situations here. I have asked our amazing support team to check-in on your ticket!
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Our support team will follow up on your ticket as they will be able to help you further where we cannot. :)
Hope that helps! - Matt.
