Do you get any specific errors when visiting your domain name via the problematic devices? I could also suggest checking your server logs to see if there are any errors in there as well.

Also if you have made any DNS changes for your domain name recently, keep in mind that it could take up to 24 hours for the DNS to clear over the Globe before you could see the new records.
