When I’m in ubuntu 16.04 the site were fine, after I installed it goes blank. When I go to site-domain/wp-admin it display a plain text. Is it because of any wrong configuration during the installation.

You could try removing php and installing it again tho without seeing the webserver/php logs it’s hard to say what went wrong. Distro upgrades tend to break stuff so i suggest to first do it in a test environment before upgrading the production environment and also to have a back’up solution like a daily snapshot or something like that to easily recover in case anything goes wrong.
