My website is combining the .com extention with the directive selected. Such as - https://pinnacledu.comabout-us/

I have installed SSL to my website manually. it was successful. But after SSL Installation my website is combining the .com extension with the directive selected( http://pinnacledu.comabout-us) I dont know what is causing this issue. I get to know when I tried to add my website on google search index.
