myphpadmin not working on Linux

i just set up my linux server, my problem is the site is blank even when i activated the word press and set up my DNS. i can access http://198.211.99.49/wp-admin/edit.php, the backend of wordpress works http://198.211.99.49/wp-admin/edit.php. i will also like to be able to upload files using FTP, so far no luck can you help me? thanks

UPDATE: i was able to get in with FTP (root) and i figured out that don't have a Public_html Folder
