Hello,
I was making some chown commands, because I made a sudo user that for some reason has no permission to upload files or make directories in FTP.
But now mysql is not starting at all, I’m not really sure what I did…

Some how permissions changed.
Try this:
chown -R mysql:mysql /var/log/mysql
Then try restarting the service
