My droplet is unresponsive: I can’t ssh it and ‘console access’ on the dashboard returns error 1006. I raised a support ticket 20 minutes back and haven’t got a response yet. Anything I could do to troubleshoot the issue? ( I don’t want to try to power cycle the droplet until I know the root cause of the outage)
