My account is locked recently and without any explanation. Nothing I’ve done regarding activities against TOS or anything (can’t create droplet or user other services). I am registering my account using referral link and add my card info into billing and got $100 credit for 60 days. I think I can safely remove my card as of already have positive balance. If this is the case my account gets lock, how can I add my card info again? I contacted the support team via ticket and no response. If someone here can route me to solve this, would be much appreciated.
