I have setup an Ubuntu droplet and setup 2 different domains on my droplet. I need to setup my mail server on an external server with different IP address other than digitalocean. What configuration changes I need to make.

Avinash - You will want to point the MX records to the correct spot. You need to get the providers new MX records and point your domain MX to that.
