Do droplets on new data centers like FRA1 get more network throughput?
According to this answer, users are expected to limit the transfer speed to 300Mbps: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/what-is-the-maximum-allowed-transfer-speed?answer=29425
Is this also true for FRA1? Each hypervisor on FRA1 has 40GbE connection so I would expect the limit to be much higher.
Is there higher limit for high-cpu droplets?
