Hello. Trying once again to get some answers about our case occurred today.
The reference ticket is #3239869.
Long story short; I received an email from DO sating that the droplet hosting my website, was compromised so they took it down.
So obviously, my site went down as welll and i’ve been trying to get it all up and running on a new droplet but i need my sql backup that is in the old droplet but i cant access via FTP because is currently offline.
2 tickets and 5 hours later, still no reply from anybody, so trying again trough here. Hopefully now someone from DO can help me out.
