Nginx as front-end proxy downloading PHP files

Posted on September 28, 2013

Hey gang! I just went through the tutorial to setup Nginx and Apache as front and back end respectively (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-configure-nginx-as-a-front-end-proxy-for-apache). The html serves fine, but the PHP files simply download. I haven’t modified anything in the tutorial files other than the file name and the root directory. What the heck am I doing wrong? Thanks!
