No connection between backend droplets and OpenVPN Access Server droplet

I have successfully implemented a openVPN Access Server droplet. This droplet is connected to an RUT240 router and communicates over the VPN connection. I can connect from a windows pc with OpenVPN connect installed and get data from the RUT240 openVPN client. On other droplets I have node red running. From these droplets I want to have a connection to the VPN Access Server. I tried a lot of things but was not be able to get it working. I tried to setup a openVPN client on the other droplet but the installation failed. I would also prefer to get it working in a other way. There must be a more direct approach. The VPN connection is already accessible on the openVPN server droplet but not on the other droplets. On the OpenVPN Access Server I can ping to the external RUT240. (a ping from the other droplets to the VPN fails). I am not very good in this but I can follow tutorials. How can this be done?
