Hello everyone. I’ve just experienced an interesting problem… During the registration process I entered my crdit card info and had the following answer: we don’t accept debit or prepaid cards. That’s the first time I face such a thing. Does it mead they accept only credit cards?

cool , so do you mean by contacting support, they can accept this prepaid card after verification of identity ?
We can accept some debit cards (this is based on the issuing bank) but cannot accept any prepaid cards. Unfortunately these measures were necessary due to a high volume of fraud and abuse. If you are attempting to add a debit card I would recommend contacting our support team by opening a ticket in the control panel or emailing support@ and they can look into this further.
