No droplet password received!!

I haven’t yet received a password by email to access my droplet. I did not set up any ssh keys, and I have tried to password reset twice to no avail. I have checked my spam folder. What’s going on!?

Please open a ticket with our support team from the control panel. They can check on the status of those emails as assist in troubleshooting.
