No reply on ticket since 2 days

FAQ Ubuntu 16.04

I joined digitalocean on 24th of this month.But on login,I found that my account was locked.A support ticket was open for me and ’ DigitalOcean Trust & Safety Team’ asked me to submit a photo of me holding my ID card.I uploaded it on 29th.Now its 2 days I’m waiting and no replies from the team.I need the droplet to complete my project.My ticket id is 1042636.Please help me.

You will need to continue to work with the DigitalOcean support team who is assisting you in your existing ticket.

You posted on a peer community questions board which is intended to provide assistance for common issues that do not necessarily involve DigitalOcean support.
