The second day there is no response to tickets [#3330621] and [#3321692] !!!!!

    Estimados, e abierto ticket con inquietudes en digital ocean pero ya va casi una semana y no tengo respuesta, porque pasa esto si queremos soporte inmediato

Hey friend,

Our Trust & Safety team will be able to answer this ticket as quickly as possible, they are working through the tickets in their queue. Please be sure not to “bump” the ticket as this resets the “time last updated” value which we use to sort tickets.

Hey DO friends.. maybe you should advertise on your site your extreme slowness to answer tickets – prospective customers would surely consider going to someone else knowing that ticket responses are well over 24 hours..

I have two tickets in.. 10 plus hours no response.. definitely terrible service.
