I am SUPER new to using DigitalOcean
I have Spun up a Droplet of Rocket Chat which then provides me with a ip.
Question is, How do I access it ? I try using the IP and have Tried Load Balance option. I am really unsure ?

I take it you wish to access it via SSH, correct? If yes, you should have added your key when creating the droplet. If you have done so, you’ll just be able to SSH from your terminal like
ssh root@ip
If this doesn’t let you login, you should be able to get your root password from your droplet’s interface.
