After restarting the server, I cant reach to site and getting following error.
Booting from hard drive… error :unknown filesystem… Entering into rescue mode…

It seems there are some issues with your kernel or maybe you don’t have a grub config. Those are the two usual reasons for this error.
What I’ll recommend is contacting DigitalOcean’s great support to help you out in this situation.
