Are you able to log in to your droplet through the Remote Console? If so, run these commands once you’re in and you should be able to SSH into it:

rm /etc/ssh/ssh_host_*
/usr/sbin/dpkg-reconfigure openssh-server

It is active only.

Login to your DigitalOcean Control Panel and make sure that your droplet’s
Status
is “Active.”
