What is the reason for this report?

Office 365 email from server blocked

Gmail and all another email services blocked my emails from Office 365. But from goolge account all is working.

What you described doing isn’t something that Office 365 supports. It’s only meant to be used to send emails from your email account or your personal email client, not a hosting server. If you are wanting to send email from your hosted site, I suggest contacting your hosting provider for suggestions.

Based on the information from the link in the error message you received, the IP (your hosting provider) is blocked from sending emails through Office 365.

That’s interesting, thank you for bringing that question here. I’ve seen a lot of email errors, that is not one I’ve witnessed before. Fortunately, I was able to find the documentation for the solution:

This details a path to requesting that the IP be unblocked on their side. Hopefully it works for you :)
