I signed up a couple of days ago with God knows what referral links! But I had not added any billing details because I was having an issue with my Card. However, I just got a coupon from Github Student Pack that would provide me with $50 worth of DigitalOcean Credit, would I be able to use that coupon with the same account I signed up earlier but without any billing details?

I don’t believe that you would be able to use Digital Ocean services without a billing method.
This is just a security measure and it is standard for all hosting/could providers.
