Hi,
How can i get this:
Using one domain with no subdomains drive visitors from México and Argentina to one droplet in San francisco, if visitor comes from Spain or France must be drived to droplet in Frankfurt.
In other words, i want to drive traffic to the nearest droplet, or to the fastest droplet response.
Thank you.

There are a couple ways to do this. First, you could do something with GeoDNS - http://www.caraytech.com/geodns/
Another option would be to use Nginx as a Traffic Director - https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-nginx-as-a-global-traffic-director-on-debian-or-ubuntu
