Only resize One more time

I have 2 droplets, you can't resize and the other can resize, uhm is there a limit or something ? I never resized them before

If PayPal is the only payment option you have configured, then resizing is based off of your DigitalOcean account balance. If you have configured a credit card, then you can resize to your heart's content.
