right know if we check whois of any IP Address , it’s showing Digital Ocean… If I want resell the Droplets and I want to change whois information to my company info . is there any possibility ?

Digital Ocean owns the IP address. You do not. You lease it off Digital Ocean. They won’t change the whois info.
