I am not seeing any actions taken by us on your droplet. It does appear that you are hosting this site on a 512MB droplet which does not provide enough RAM for a Wordpress droplet to run stably without taking some additional steps. If you are seeing database errors this would most likely be the cause as the MySQL process can exhaust the available memory and crash.

The first thing I would recommend is to set up a swap file. This should prevent crashes in most cases.

If you continue to experience database crashes after doing this I would recommend upgrading to a droplet plan with more memory.

Swap space can be used as an "overflow" area for your system when you run out of RAM. The operating system can store data that would normally be kept in RAM on the hard drive in a specially formatted file. In this guide, we'll demonstrate how to create and use one of these files in Ubuntu 14.04.
