Since this last week, my website has been very very slow in loading, and even if loads some of the resources in many pages don’t load leading to gateway time out error. I tried testing the production data in my local environment and all the resources load fine in all the pages. And Digital Ocean support has been painstakingly slow in responding . Anyone else facing the same issue or any suggestions for this.
I tired the mtr commands :

I tried running the same mtr command from my network and it seems all fine. But in your case at step 2 and 3 you have 100% packet loss. As the first couple of steps are most likely devices within your own network (your office or your home), I would recommend testing your site from a different network, like your mobile data or just a remote server and see how it goes.
