Pathetic customer service
My account is locked since November 05, 2017 reason being locked by the Trust & Safety team which i understand as my name is not the same as the credit card i linked, which might have caused the issue. After uploading the necessary documents and talking to the slowest customer service yesterday i got a ticket reply saying my account is now open.
I logged in it still redirects me to accountlocked , i was under impression okay it might take a few hours to reflect so its been more than 20 hours it still redirects me to adminlocked page
After wasting 20 days on this for a silly issue which should have been resolved in a few days it is still not resolved , i really doubt of continuing with DO anymore.
Pathetic customer support !!!
