After deploying a GitHub repo with a Laravel project to a DigitalOcean app (slug=php, database=Postgres) the Apache log shows exactly every 10 seconds a request from an internal 10.244.x.y IP address that results in a HTTP 408 (timeout).
Every deploy httpd.conf is overwritten, so I cannot try to set a higher TimeOut setting.
No clue where this request comes from, or what on client or server causes the Apache server to time out, but it makes the logs unusable.

Hey there!
Those are nothing but logs generated every 10 seconds by running the health check on your app by App Platform. Unfortunately, there isn’t a straightforward way to filter them out from the logs across all apps because each program can output its logs in its own format. If you are not seeing any issue with the app then you can simply ignore them.
Hope it helps! Nate
