What you are trying to do is access a specific service like NodeJS, Django and so on on a specific port - 9443.
Let’s say you want to install NodeJS. Here is an article which can help you do that:

After that, what you can do is add Nginx as a reverse proxy. This will allow you to load your Domain without adding the port 9443 and Nginx will redirect you internally to that port;
