I don't work for DigitalOcean, but I don't think you'll be seeing that.
Basically, DO was made for guys like me: those who want to tinker. They've added some useful packages, but for them to be able to add products to an existing server, they would need 2 things:
1: To lock you down on what you can change, so all servers will be able to run the same packages.
2: Your server admin user and password (bad practice).
There are plenty of how-to's and simple BASH scripts out there to simplify your install if you don't want to learn how, but the day DO becomes the type of hosting that forces the 2 above things, that's the day it loses many of it's developers/DevOps guys to a provider that doesn't lock us down.
In short, they most likely won't offer this, because too much risk, not enough reward.
