OK, so this new design… I quite like it! And no, I don’t fear change.
But what is really REALLY doing my head in is having to click the button TWICE every darn time! I get it - I understand! PLEASE set a cookie so I don’t keep getting this over and over.

There seems to already be a mechanism in place so that the message isn’t displayed twice.
