I setup and deployed a Discourse droplet via https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/discourse and it’s been ‘active’ for more than an hour now. However, whenever I try and SSH into the droplet to continue setup I can’t get beyond “Please wait while we get your droplet ready…” - how long does it take? I found another thread of people reporting similag issues here: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/please-wait-while-we-get-your-droplet-ready but with no solution found.

I’ve just tried creating a new Discourse Droplet and it got the same error. I’ve gone ahead and created a GitHub issue with the information that you’ve provided:
While this is being investigated by the DigitalOcean Marketplace team, I would suggest following the steps here on how to install Discourse manually:
