Hello

I’m trying to setup postfix on my server. I’m using Ubuntu 14.04 and I followed these instructions: http://www.codechewing.com/library/set-up-postfix-on-ubuntu-server/

When I check postfix logs this is what I get:

Sep 17 12:12:25 objavi-net postfix/pickup[7513]: 1488312009A: uid=1000 from=<forge@objavi-net>
Sep 17 12:12:25 objavi-net postfix/cleanup[7532]: 1488312009A: message-id=<20140917101225.1488312009A@objavi.net>
Sep 17 12:12:25 objavi-net postfix/qmgr[7512]: 1488312009A: from=<forge@objavi-net>, size=344, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Sep 17 12:12:25 objavi-net postfix/smtp[7534]: 1488312009A: to=<alenn.masic@gmail.com>, relay=gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[64.233.166.27]:25, delay=0.68, delays$
Sep 17 12:12:25 objavi-net postfix/qmgr[7512]: 1488312009A: removed

… but email is not received. Can someone help me with this? Thanks

whenever i recieve an email i got this message delivered to command: /usr/lib/dovecot/deliver -c /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf -m “${EXTENSION}” but i cannot fint the email in my mailbox

It looks like gmail indeed did receive it. Maybe they are blacklisting your ip. Check your mail logs to see if you are getting 421 or 550 errors coming back from google.

Can you send mail to anyone else?

Also double check DNS. Make sure hostname and reverse PTR records are correct.

Add or check SPF records and DKIM.
