Pritunl - help please understand, on the command line (console) everything is attached below that I entered. Why is it impossible, why I do not know that this is the PAP?
The software-properties-common package of the newest version (0.96.20.7) has already been installed. 0 was updated, 0 new packages were installed, 0 packages were deleted, and 1 package was not updated. Can not add PPA: ‘ppa: ~ pritunl / ubuntu / ppa’. The team named ‘~ pritunl’ has no PPA named ‘ubuntu / ppa’ Please choose from the following available PPAs:

There’s no PPA on launchpad.net - only a user with no data.
If you want to install www.pritunl.com then follow their installation guide: https://docs.pritunl.com/docs/installation#section-ubuntu-automated-install-script
