Hello. Although I do not want private networking, the server is set up private networking, why is that?

Hey, you probably selected “private networking” when you were configuring your droplet.
You don’t have to use it if you don’t want to. It’s just an additional ip address that other droplets inside the same data center can connect to.
Other devices won’t be able to send / receive data from that private ip address.
