The error that you are getting indicates that you do not have a DNS record for the www version of that specific domain.

You could do one of the following:

  • If you do not use the www version, you could issue an SSL for the non-www version only

  • If you need the www version, then you need to add a CNAME record for your www version to point to your domain:
