Problem whit insserv the command dont work

Hi

I try to install Php 5.6 to my ispconfig ubuntu 14.04 server and i have follow this guide https://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-build-php-5.6-fpm-fastcgi-with-zend-opcache-and-apcu-for-ispconfig-3-on-debian-7-wheezy

I have come to the point when i should run insserv php-5.6.0-fpm but i end up whit this error: insserv: command not found

insserv is installed like you can see form the info below:

apt-get install insserv
Reading package lists… Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information… Done
insserv is already the newest version.

So what could be the problem then? How should i proceed?

It looks like insserv is installed in /usr/lib/insserv/insserv. Can you try running this command instead?

/usr/lib/insserv/insserv php-5.6.0-fpm

    It seems to work but now i have end up whit this error:

    The script you are attempting to invoke has been converted to an Upstart
    job, but lsb-header is not supported for Upstart jobs.
    insserv: warning: script ‘cron’ missing LSB tags and overrides
    insserv: Default-Start undefined, assuming empty start runlevel(s) for script cron'
    insserv: Default-Stop undefined, assuming empty stop runlevel(s) for script    cron’

    so now when i run /etc/init.d/php-5.6.0-fpm start

    I end up whit this:

    /etc/init.d/php-5.6.0-fpm startStarting php-fpm [02-Feb-2015 16:43:08] ERROR: unable to bind listening socket for address '127.0.0.1:8999’: Address already in use (98)
    [02-Feb-2015 16:43:08] ERROR: FPM initialization failed
    failed

    should it be like this or is something wrong here?
