problem with cname

Hello, I need your help, when creating a CNAME using Mailgun it gives me an error, I also have another CNAME of ZOHO but this does not throw me error, basically the error arises after adding the CNAME of Mailgun, having the one of ZOHO gives me error When sending email from my gmail to my domain account, how to fix this, thanks!

i have a website using zoho mail

i add the cname with zoho and work good but later when i add the mailgun cname return me error when send email to my email

contacto@mydomain.cl

i have my website with wordpress and zoho

and have my app laravel with maigun… here is the problem…

this is my 2 cname

CNAME Hostname= email.mydomain.cl value= mailgun.org.

CNAME Hostname= zb154011.mydomain.cl value= zmverify.zoho.com.

what is the right configuration here?

Could you please let me know what is the exact error message that you get when adding the CNAME record? Have in mind that you can always ask the support team of your provider to enter the record for you as well. However I’m sure that this is something you can sort on your own, it’s just sometimes the DNS control panel of each provider can be confusing.
