Hi - We are considering DO for our production somewhat sizeable for us (100+ vms). However, one of the challenges we are anticipating is standardized monitoring and management by the ops team than having Linux developers on.
Understand all sorts of scripts are available in the various forums for Ubuntu but that requires higher order skills for operations purposes.
What is the experience of fellow DOers in the area? And guidance? Is it advisable to use DO for this kind of revenue linked deployment or it is strictly developer oriented?
