Question

.pt domain pointing to your service

Hi,
It’s possible to point a .pt domain to your service? Do you provide DNS’s in order to do that?

Thanks,
Jorge

Yes, we provide free DNS hosting. There shouldn’t be any issues with a .pt domain name on our end but some registrars are strict about what nameservers their domains can use.

Try adding your domain name, and should you have any problems, please file a support ticket. :)

  • Hi, I have the same problem, and this is the instructions from Portugal:
For a .pt domain or .com.pt stay active and satisfactory technical conditions, the DNS.PT (Regulatory Authority .PT domains) requires it to be installed and configured a primary dns server and at least one secondary server with different IP addresses.

I need to know, how I can configure a second DNS to one domain. I tryeng to do with floating IP, but apparently didin’t work.
