Querying DigitalOcean's name servers

March 7, 2014 2.2k views
I created a DNS entry for my domain, but when I query ns1.digitalocean.com directly, the query is refused. Why is that? dig @NS1.DIGITALOCEAN.COM a starchy.n64088.org. ; <<>> DiG 9.9.3-rl.13207.22-P2-RedHat-9.9.3-7.P2.fc18 <<>> @NS1.DIGITALOCEAN.COM a starchy.n64088.org. ; (1 server found) ;; global options: +cmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<
