What do you mean by My droplet keeps getting out of memory? Do programs keep crashing ?
My website goes down , the droplet is on but tells me someting like: Out of memory... and i must reboot the droplet in order to fix the issue
Try adding swap:

echo "vm.swappiness=0" | sudo tee -a /etc/sysctl.cnf
sudo sysctl -p
sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/swapfile bs=1024 count=256k
sudo mkswap /swapfile
sudo chown root:root /swapfile
sudo chmod 0600 /swapfile
sudo swapon /swapfile
echo "/swapfile none swap sw 0 0" | sudo tee -a /etc/fstab

That should fix the running out of memory issues.
Done , i will see if still gets me the out of memory error...

That shouldn't happen by default. Do you have any logs that show it happening?
