server goes to shutdown.
Romote desktop connection down.
Help please…

Hello, @makkar1907

Have you powered cycled the server via your DigitalOcean account? You can verify that the droplet is running and not powered off.

    Droplet passive but I’m making the invoices. In order to connect to the server, I have to enter the web page and power on the server every time.

      If the server becomes unresponsive periodically and you’re unable to track down the source of the issue, you can also reach to our support team and they can assist you with your account issue.

      You can also examine the server logs and check what caused the shutdown/reboot.

      You can use last to check. It shows when was the system rebooted and who was logged in and logged out. To check this execute the following commands:

      • last reboot

      or only

      • last
