My login to DO always goes to this page asking for either credit card or paypal info, even though my CC is already being charged monthly.

I thought this was a virus however it’s the same on any of my 3 laptops. Meanwhile I cannot manage my droplets. Anyone know what’s going on here?

From the outside, it sounds like you’ve possibly created a second account with a different email address if you’re getting the credit card prompt when trying to sign in instead of your control panel with your Droplets.
