This feature is more likely to come to fruition if you post this request on DigitalOcean's Customer Feedback Forum (and it gets enough votes).

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Each IP is tied to only one reverse DNS entry. You can't have more than one PTR record on a single IP address

This is currently not possible. The best way to get this implemented is to post on our uservoice section: https://digitalocean.uservoice.com/forums/136585-digital-ocean

If it gets enough votes, it'll be considered on the roadmap.
