Reset your password and then sent to the destination email. I write my client API to use. The problem is that the API does not send passwords to the e-mail destination. I have completed the API will reset the password to the email specified.

I think you are missing something, and somehow I'm sure...

I believe you missed the droplet id to include in your API password rest.

I did the same mistake before and now I know it is the issue if happened again...

In order to be able to ssh into droplets that are created via the API you will have to use ssh keys:
