What is the reason for this report?

Resized Droplet No Network After Resize, Can't Ping or SSH

I have resized my droplet but now I cant connect server via putty. Even cant access via HTTP.Please solve this issue. My website been down from 8 hours.

Cant ping, Please solve this issue as earliest as possible.

I raised ticket twice and only got auto response from your end.

At least give me estimation time. when it will be solved.

I am loyal customer with digital ocean (I am using your service more than 2 years) but if its not solved within two days then i never be use your service again.
