Heya,

What is the service name in question? If the service is enabled it should start on server boot, but you can still check the status and ensure the service is running.

Hope that this helps!

Heya,

I’ve had issues like this before, first check if the RDP service is running :

service RDP-Service status

where you should replace RDP-Service with the actual name of the service.

Additionally, try changing the port and allowing in in the Firewall.
